Merchandise Manager
About the job:
Duties:
- Oversee the merchandising operations of the platform, ensuring effective display and arrangement of furniture products
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make informed merchandising decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in online platform management or a similar role
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of stock management principles, including inventory control and ordering processes
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software is a plus
- Understanding of market trends and consumer preferences
