Accounting AP/AR Manager

We are currently seeking a humble & skilled accounting professional who works well with others! This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, tax, financial and compliance reporting, monthly balancing, and recording and timely reporting of accounting records/transactions.
Job responsibility:
  • Lead the administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable, overseeing key functions such as invoicing, and cultivating strong vendor and customer relationships through effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Develop and implement robust controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounts payable and receivable management, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
  • Oversee and manage all financial transactions, expense invoices, bank and credit cards, reconciliations, travel expense reports and payment applications.
  • Maintain well-organized vendor and carrier files, as well as license and permit files.
  • Prepare weekly/Monthly payment schedules and cash flow requirements.
  • Support internal/external audit processes.
  • Own the documentation of accounting policies and procedures that ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP principles.
  • Support leadership team on special projects and analysis as required along with any other job-related activities as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related areas from an accredited university.
  • Bilingual fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin is a must.
  • 5+ years or more of overall professional experience, experience working with accounting standards, work familiarity with U.S. GAAP.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and work ethic and dedication.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
